1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the adda6 platform, including all services, games, betting products, and promotions available at https://adda6.app. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use adda6.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and adda6 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations. adda6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the adda6 platform you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. adda6 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request age verification documentation at any time.
- You must be a natural person acting entirely on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, or accounts opened for a third party are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. adda6 may verify this information at any time and will take action where discrepancies are found.
- You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether using adda6 is lawful in your location.
- You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement and must not have had an adda6 account previously closed due to a breach of these Terms.
adda6 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Where a registration is later found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements, adda6 may close the account immediately and retain any balance pending investigation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold only one adda6 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Use a strong, unique password for your adda6 account and never share your login details with any third party. adda6 support staff will never ask you for your password.
- Notify adda6 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. adda6 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
- adda6 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within 90 days.
- Keep your registered mobile number and email address current and accurate. adda6 cannot be held responsible for failed communications arising from outdated contact information held on your account.
adda6 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, use of automated tools or bots, collusion, or any other conduct inconsistent with fair play. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at adda6's discretion.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
adda6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment methods only. All financial transactions must be conducted using accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the platform's payment section.
- Deposits are credited to your adda6 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. adda6 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or system outages.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). adda6 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Processing times shown within the platform are indicative and not guaranteed.
- adda6 does not charge platform fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside adda6's control.
- All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Amounts are displayed with the ৳ symbol throughout the platform. Currency conversion is not offered.
adda6 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all transactions. Where unusual transaction patterns are detected, adda6 may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the transaction being cancelled and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
adda6 offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for an individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
- adda6 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time prior to activation by a player, without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the adda6 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market concerned. General rules applicable across all products include:
- Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. adda6 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing error, system fault, or fraud.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet settlement, adda6 will apply reasonable measures to determine the correct outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, stakes may be refunded at adda6's discretion.

- Casino games at adda6 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, for live dealer games, physical dealing equipment operated by human dealers. adda6 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
adda6 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any game or betting market at any time without prior notice, for reasons including maintenance, regulatory requirements, or suspected integrity issues.
7. Responsible Gaming
adda6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity. These are available in your account settings and include:
- Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your adda6 wallet.
- Session time reminders: receive on-screen alerts showing how long your current gaming session has lasted.

- Money laundering or any use of the adda6 platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. adda6 is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the adda6 platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
adda6 monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited activity is detected, adda6 will act without prior notice. Evidence gathered may be shared with law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities as required by applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the adda6 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of adda6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on adda6 is the exclusive property of adda6.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any content from the adda6 platform without the express written consent of adda6.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adda6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, adda6 specifically excludes liability for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the adda6 platform, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether planned or unplanned, including outages caused by third-party service providers, network issues, or force majeure events.
- Errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances where adda6 has taken reasonable steps to correct the error upon identification. adda6 reserves the right to void affected transactions in such circumstances.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
adda6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, or payment rules.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a request made by adda6.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, use of automated tools, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
- A self-exclusion request made by the account holder or processed under adda6's responsible gaming programme.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned to the player's registered payment method at adda6's discretion, after deduction of any amounts owed to adda6.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
